Yamaha Xtreme Heavy Duty Demon Boot Kit

Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Long Travel Axles are our strongest axle solution for long-travel Yamaha Xtreme Heavy Duty applications. Engineered specifically for modified suspension systems with increased track width and suspension travel, these axles deliver the strength, durability, and performance required for aggressive off-road and racing environments.

Each Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Long Travel Axle is engineered to match the increased axle length and operating angles required by compatible long-travel suspension systems. This provides a purpose-built solution for machines that demand greater suspension movement than a standard-width axle can accommodate.

Demon XHD Long Travel Axles are constructed using high-strength 4340 chromoly steel throughout the axle assembly, including the shaft, CV housings, cages, races, and internal components. Larger CV joints and axle shafts are combined with our proprietary dual heat-treatment process to provide exceptional strength and durability under severe loads.

The internal CV components are micro-polished to help reduce friction and operating temperatures, while high-quality molybdenum grease provides smooth and consistent lubrication during demanding use. Our re-engineered CV cage design further enhances durability under aggressive suspension movement, hard impacts, oversized tires, and increased horsepower.

Built for demanding environments including desert, sand, rocks, trails, and racing, Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Long Travel Axles give your Yamaha Xtreme Heavy Duty the strength and performance needed to take full advantage of a properly matched long-travel suspension system.

Backed by a 2-year limited warranty, Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Long Travel Axles are built for riders and racers who demand maximum performance from their modified suspension setup.
