Returns & Exchanges Request Form

RETURN POLICY FOR ALL THE ABOVE PRODUCTS.

During the first 30 days after receiving your order, you can return or exchange the product. In order to be eligible for return or exchange, an item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation). In the event of an exchange or non-defective return, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. Depending on the condition of a returned product, Demon Powersports and Rugged ATV/UTV Parts retains the right to determine whether it is new.

Restocking Policy

If you are unable to ship in original packaging, have made modifications to the item, and/or are missing components, there is the possibility of a 20% minimum restocking fee. Demon Powersports and Rugged ATV/UTV Parts retains the right to determine whether a restocking fee is applied on orders that are ordered incorrectly.
