Polaris Sportsman 1000 Rugged Electric Power Steering Kit

Rugged Electric Power Steering Kits are designed to significantly reduce steering effort and improve control on your Polaris Sportsman 1000, especially when navigating rough terrain, running larger tires, or using modified suspension components.

This kit features a 380W electric assist motor that provides smooth and responsive steering assistance, helping reduce driver fatigue and minimize steering feedback and wheel kickback over uneven terrain.

Designed as a vehicle-specific bolt-on system, the Rugged EPS Kit positions the motor and steering components neatly beneath the dash to maintain driver space and minimize interference. Major electrical and steering components are sealed to help protect against water, dust, mud, and trail debris during off-road use.

Each kit includes the components required to convert your Polaris Sportsman 1000 to electric power steering, providing a practical upgrade for trail riding, utility work, and recreational use.

Developed through extensive testing and product development, Rugged Electric Power Steering Kits are built to deliver reliable steering assistance and improved control in demanding ATV and UTV applications.

Backed by a 1-year limited warranty, the Rugged Electric Power Steering Kit gives your Polaris Sportsman 1000 easier steering and greater confidence across a wide range of riding conditions.
