Demon Xtreme Heavy Duty tie rods are made from 7075 aluminum,
which is over 70% stronger than the tie rods of same size that are made of 6061,
a commonly used material by our competitors. During our bend tests,
our fully assembled tie rod can withstand over 2,200 lbs load right in the middle,
and bounce back to it's original shape like nothing happened.
It means you don't have to worry about bending,
denting the rods or damaging the threads like you would with 6061 aluminum.
7075 aluminum excels where 6061 would fail.
SPHERICAL BEARINGS
Our spherical bearings are built with a high-durability 3-piece assembly design,
delivering maximum strength and reliability. The race is crafted from heat-treated high-strength alloy steel,
while the inner ball is precision-made from hard chrome-plated 52100 steel for superior wear resistance.
Featuring a maintenance-free PTFE insert, these bearings provide smooth,
self-lubricating performance without the need for additional lubrication.
With an impressive radial static load rating of 78,000 lbs, they are engineered to handle extreme demands with unmatched durability.
HEIM JOINT
This heim joint is engineered with a high-durability 3-piece assembly design to ensure maximum strength and reliability.
The joint body is constructed from 4135 Chromoly Alloy Steel,
while the inner ball is made from hardened bearing steel that is polished and hard chrome plated for superior wear resistance.
Featuring a maintenance-free PTFE insert, it provides smooth, self-lubricating performance without the need for constant servicing.
With a radial static load rating of 28,080 lbs, this heim joint is built to withstand extreme demands and deliver long-lasting durability.
