Polaris RZR 900 Demon Xtreme Heavy Duty Lift Kit Axle

Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Lift Kit Axles are our strongest axle solution for lifted Polaris RZR 900 applications equipped with 6 inch HIGHLIFTER Lift Kit. Engineered for increased suspension angles, oversized tires, high-horsepower builds, and extreme off-road use, these axles are built to handle the additional demands created by modified suspension geometry.

Each axle is designed specifically for the increased length and operating angles required by 6 inch HIGHLIFTER Lift Kit, helping ensure proper fitment and suspension movement for your Polaris RZR 900.

Demon XHD Lift Kit Axles are constructed using high-strength 4340 chromoly steel throughout the axle assembly, including the shaft, CV housings, cages, races, and internal components. Larger CV joints and axle shafts are combined with our proprietary dual heat-treatment process to provide exceptional strength and durability under severe loads.

Internal CV components are micro-polished to help reduce friction and operating temperatures, while high-quality molybdenum grease provides smooth and consistent lubrication during demanding use. Our re-engineered CV cage design further improves durability under aggressive suspension movement, hard impacts, oversized tires, and increased horsepower.

Built for demanding terrain including mud, rocks, sand, desert, and trails, Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Lift Kit Axles give your Polaris RZR 900 equipped with 6 inch HIGHLIFTER Lift Kit the strength and durability required to push your modified suspension setup harder.

Backed by a 2-year limited warranty, Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Lift Kit Axles are built for riders who demand maximum performance from their lifted machine.
