Engineered specifically for extended-width and long-travel suspension systems, these axles deliver the strength, durability, and performance required for aggressive off-road riding and racing.

Each axle is specifically designed to match the increased axle length, suspension travel, and operating angles required by 3 inch EXTREME,3 inch GROUNDED 4,3 inch HCR,3 inch SUPERATV,3 inch UTV WOLFPACK. This purpose-built design allows your Polaris RZR 1000 to take full advantage of its long-travel suspension while maintaining proper axle geometry throughout suspension movement.

Demon XHD Long Travel Axles are constructed using high-strength 4340 chromoly steel throughout the axle assembly, including the shaft, CV housings, cages, races, and internal components. Larger CV joints and axle shafts are combined with our proprietary dual heat-treatment process to provide exceptional strength and durability under severe loads.

Internal CV components are micro-polished to help reduce friction and operating temperatures, while high-quality molybdenum grease provides smooth and consistent lubrication during demanding use. Our re-engineered CV cage design further enhances durability under aggressive suspension movement, hard impacts, oversized tires, and increased horsepower.

Built for demanding environments including desert, sand, rocks, trails, and racing, Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Long Travel Axles give your Polaris RZR 1000 equipped with 3 inch EXTREME,3 inch GROUNDED 4,3 inch HCR,3 inch SUPERATV,3 inch UTV WOLFPACK the strength and performance needed to get the most from a long-travel suspension setup.
