Demon Heavy Duty Ball Joints are an essential upgrade for your Kawasaki Mule 4010 suspension. Engineered for demanding off-road use, these ball joints have been tested to be up to twice as strong as OEM.
Each ball joint is manufactured from dual heat-treated 4340 chromoly steel and zinc plated for enhanced strength, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting durability. The heavy-duty stud is designed with less taper than the OEM-style stud, providing additional material in a critical load area.
Our Kawasaki Mule 4010 Demon Heavy Duty Ball Joint is fully serviceable and feature an integrated grease fitting, allowing you to maintain proper lubrication for smooth, reliable performance. A threaded adjustment cap also allows you to fine-tune stud tension as the ball joint wears over time.
