Demon Heavy Duty Axles are engineered to deliver increased strength, durability, and articulation for your CFMOTO Heavy Duty without the premium price of many performance axle upgrades.

Developed through years of research and testing, Demon Heavy Duty Axles feature larger CV joints and axle shafts combined with our proprietary dual heat-treatment process. The inner CV cage is manufactured from high-strength 4340 chromoly steel, helping provide the durability needed for demanding trails, aggressive riding, and challenging terrain.

Our CFMOTO Heavy Duty Demon Boot Kit also feature a unique double-plunge design that allows the axle to move along the shaft splines as the suspension travels. Depending on the application, the inboard CV joint can provide approximately 1.5 inches of plunge travel and up to 40° of articulation, while the outboard joint provides approximately 0.5 inches of travel and can achieve approximately 45°–47° of articulation.

Each axle is equipped with durable TPEE (Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer) CV boots designed to provide improved resistance to punctures, fatigue, stiffness, and temperature compared with conventional rubber-style boots. High-quality molybdenum grease is used inside the CV joints to help reduce friction and maintain smooth operation.
