Demon XHD Lift Kit Axles are constructed using high-strength 4340 chromoly steel throughout the axle assembly, including the shaft, CV housings, cages, races, and internal components. Larger CV joints and axle shafts are combined with our proprietary dual heat-treatment process to provide exceptional strength and durability under severe loads.

Internal CV components are micro-polished to help reduce friction and operating temperatures, while high-quality molybdenum grease provides smooth and consistent lubrication during demanding use.
