Crafted from robust 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum with rod ends made of Chromoly steel, our Tie Rods are engineered to withstand any level of force exerted on them. Designed to enhance strength and address the common failure points associated with OEM parts, these Tie Rods ensure reliability and durability. The incorporation of a heavy-duty billet aluminum rod, paired with chromoly steel ends and heim joints that are both chrome and zinc-plated, adds an extra layer of corrosion resistance, guaranteeing a long-lasting performance upgrade for your steering system.

MATERIAL STRENGTH
Demon Xtreme Heavy Duty tie rods are made from 7075 aluminum, which is over 70% stronger than the tie rods of same size that are made of 6061, a commonly used material by our competitors. During our bend tests, our fully assembled tie rod can withstand over 2,200 lbs load right in the middle, and bounce back to it's original shape like nothing happened. It means you don't have to worry about bending, denting the rods or damaging the threads like you would with 6061 aluminum. 7075 aluminum excels where 6061 would fail.

BALL STUD JOINT
Built for strength and durability, the inner ball stud joint is crafted from 4135 Chromoly Alloy Steel. It features a maintenance-free PTFE liner for smooth performance without the need for lubrication, and an additional CR boot that provides extra protection and long-lasting reliability.

The heim joint is engineered with a high-durability 3-piece assembly design for maximum strength. Its body is built from 4135 Chromoly Alloy Steel, while the inner ball is crafted from hardened bearing steel, polished and hard chrome plated for superior wear resistance. Featuring a maintenance-free PTFE insert, this joint delivers smooth performance without lubrication, and boasts an impressive radial static load rating of 28,080 lbs.
