Built for aggressive riding, oversized tires, high-horsepower machines, and demanding terrain, these axles are designed for serious off-road and racing applications.
Developed through years of research, testing, and real-world use, Demon XHD Axles feature larger CV joints and axle shafts combined with our proprietary dual heat-treatment process.
Unlike conventional axle designs, Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Axles utilize 4340 chromoly steel throughout the axle assembly, including the shaft, CV housings, cages, races, and internal components. This high-strength construction helps the axle withstand heavy loads, impacts, and the demands created by aggressive riding.
The internal CV components are micro-polished to help reduce friction and operating temperatures, while high-quality molybdenum grease provides smooth and consistent lubrication. Our re-engineered CV cage design further improves durability under demanding suspension movement and high-load conditions.
The strength and toughness of 4340 chromoly steel allow the axle components to flex and absorb shock loads during operation, helping manage stress created by larger tires, increased horsepower, and challenging terrain.

AXLE
The dual plunge design allows for extra suspension travel and prevents binding, while the CVs feature an extra high articulation angle of up to 47° for superior flexibility. These stock-length axles are compatible with most bracket lift kits up to 3" and any portal lifts. They are up to 30% larger in size than HD axles, offering maximum breaking torque of up to 5,800Nm. Available for popular Long Travel kits, with customized axle options available upon inquiry.
CV JOINT
The forged CV joints are fully crafted from 4340 Chromoly steel, including both the race and cage, providing exceptional strength and durability. Their internal components are specially engineered to enhance strength while minimizing heat generation. A micro-polished inner cavity maintains tight tolerance control and further reduces heat buildup, while a specialized surface finish accelerates heat dissipation. Packed with lithium-based grease, these CV joints deliver peak reliability, smooth operation, and long-lasting performance.
SHAFT
Constructed from 4340 Chromoly steel, this shaft undergoes a specialized heat treatment process to achieve maximum strength and durability. Its straight shaft design is engineered to maximize size and structural integrity while eliminating stress concentrations for superior performance.
