XMF Youth Race Team dominates Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series
Race weekend at Wild Horse Pass in Chandler, Arizona was the Lucas Oil National and Regional race. Jennifer Owens, Jessie Owens and Ryder Chapman competed in the weekend event.
Jennifer Owens drove her XMF 170 in the RZR 170 class. During Nationals on Saturday, she qualified 6th and finished 5th. Sunday, April 14th was the Regional race, 19 RZR 170’s and was able to finish 7th!
Jessie Owens raced her XMF 570 and XMF J2 Kart. Saturday's race in the J2, qualified 6th and finished in 5th place for the Lucas Oil National race. On Sunday she had back to back races in her J2 and her 570. The J2 race, qualified 2nd and finished 2nd. Just after finishing, Jessie jumped into her 570 and was off! Owens qualified and finish in 1st place for the Lucas Oil Regional race!
Ryder Chapman drove his XMF 170 on Saturday for the National race. Chapman was able to qualify 1st and complete his day with a 1st place win in the 170. On Sunday for the regional race, he raced his XMF 570 car. Qualified 3rd and finished 3rd with his best lap time of 47.747.
