1. 1. Campaign Organizer

   This campaign is organized by Demon Distributing Inc. operating as Segway Powersports.

2. 2. No Purchase Required

   No purchase is required to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

3. 3. Campaign Period

   The campaign will run from 28 June 2026 to 19 July 2026. Predictions close 1 hour before each match begins.

4. 4. How to Enter

   Participants must visit the Segway Powersports Canada website, click the Predict & Win
   button, complete the signup form, and submit predictions before the applicable
   deadline.

5. 5. Signup Information

   Participants will be required to provide a valid email address. Phone number may be requested as optional information. The email address will be used for prediction confirmation, campaign updates, winner notifications, and prize fulfillment.

6. 6. Data Collection & Backend Storage

   Participant information will be stored in the campaign backend and may be used for campaign administration, winner contact, reward fulfillment, reporting, and future marketing communication where consent has been provided.

7. 7. Marketing Consent

   Participants may be given the option to receive future promotional emails or communications from Demon Powersports. Marketing consent should be optional and should not be required to enter the campaign. Participants should be able to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

8. 8. Prediction Scoring

   Predictions will be scored based on correct match outcome predictions. The participant with the highest overall prediction accuracy at the end of the campaign will qualify for the Grand Prize, subject to eligibility verification and all campaign rules.

9. 9. Round Rewards

   Rewards will be distributed after each knockout round to qualifying participants based on the campaign reward structure listed on the campaign page. Rewards may include gift cards or other promotional prizes as listed by the organizer.

10. 10. Grand Prize

    One E-Bike will be awarded to the participant with the highest overall prediction accuracy at
    the end of the campaign. The organizer may request confirmation of winner
    information before prize fulfillment.

11. 11. Tie-Breakers

    If two or more participants have the same overall prediction accuracy, the winner will be determined by the highest total number of correct predictions. If a tie still remains, the earliest valid submission will be used as the final tie-breaker.

12. 12. Winner Notification

    Winners will be contacted using the email address provided during signup. If a selected winner does not respond within the timeframe stated by the organizer, the organizer may select another eligible winner.

13. 13. Skill-Testing Requirement

    Where required by law, selected winners may be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question before being confirmed as an official winner.

14. 14. Prize Conditions

    Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

15. 15. Invalid Entries

    Entries may be disqualified if they are incomplete, submitted after the deadline, contain false information, are duplicated, or appear to involve fraud, automated entry activity, or unfair participation.

16. 16. Technical Issues

    The organizer is not responsible for technical issues, website errors, internet outages, delayed submissions, incorrect information, or failed communications that may affect entry, scoring, or winner notification.

17. 17. Campaign Changes

    The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign if technical issues, fraud, errors, or circumstances beyond the organizer's control affect the proper operation of the campaign.

18. 18. Third-Party Disclaimer

    This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any tournament organizer, football association, Amazon, or any third-party prize provider unless clearly stated.

19. 19. Not a Betting or Gambling Activity

    This is a free promotional prediction campaign. It is not betting, gambling, wagering, or a paid prediction market. No money is required to enter or participate.

    By participating, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
